1. 30 Founders inbound in 6 months
2. Increase traffic to digital presence of Pieworks by 20%
3. Earn the respect of the core team in recruitment process and execution
4. Be a central member in the core team to drive execution
5. Enable the Community Leader to achieve his targets by organizing events, celebrating success etc
